Spectrum Technologies offers a comprehensive range of training packages to support its customers in the operation and maintenance of their Spectrum products. These cover full operator training and Level 1 (basic) maintenance training which is provided to customers at the time of equipment installation, through refresher courses, to full Level 2 (in-depth) maintenance training.Level 2 is a two to five day course, depending on the machine type, that can be carried out at the customer’s site or at a Spectrum facility. Courses are limited to four people to allow sufficient practice time on the machines. Students are expected to have at least intermediate mechanical, electrical and electronic knowledge although no previous laser experience is necessary. Some computer knowledge is an advantage.
